[COOKING] Gyoza (Japanese dumpling)

Gyoza is one of the fried dumplings with vegetables, meats and some ingredients covered by flour based wrap.

We can use many kinds of ingredients such as garlic, onion, garlic chives, cabbage and etc..

When we eat Gyoza, we dip it slightly into the sauce which is made with soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and chili oil.

In Japan, Gyoza is side dish (not staple food) and really goes well with white rice!!
