[COOKING] Takoyaki (Octopus Dumplings/balls)

Takoyaki is a Japanese flour based food in the shape of little round balls containing octopus.

We eat them with Takoyaki sauce and Japanese mayonnaise like Okonomiyaki. (So it's very similar Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki.)

Flour based food like Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki is more popular in Kansai area which is located south-western of Japan.

People in Kansai area sometimes have a Takoyaki party that we put not only octopus also various ingredients in dumplings.
